Processing Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info (where available) once your order is on the way.

Please note: during busy periods (like holidays or sales), dispatch times may be slightly longer but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
UK Shipping Options
We offer the following delivery options:

Royal Mail 2nd Class / Tracked 48.
Estimated delivery: 2 - 4 working days.

Royal Mail 1st Class / Tracked 24.
Estimated delivery: 1 - 2 working days.

International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries outside the UK. Delivery charges and times vary by destination.
Please note: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes that may apply in their country.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check:

Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order. We can’t be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to love your purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns on most unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of health and wellness products, for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty or not as described.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is defective, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange or full refund - including any delivery costs incurred.
Change of Mind
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, even if there’s nothing wrong with them. This applies to most items, as long as they’re returned to us in their original, sealed condition.
Please note: This right does not apply to products that:

Are perishable or have a short shelf life.

Are sealed for hygiene reasons and have been opened​.

How to Return an Item

Package the item securely and return it within 14 days.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked service for your peace of mind.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 - 10 working days.
